Delivery Process & Order Policies

Every meditation set, journal, and sound instrument undergoes an inspection check prior to packaging. We process and dispatch confirmed orders Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. In the event of high volume during seasonal holidays or special releases, processing time may take up to 72 hours before carrier collection.

2. Real-Time Tracking Information

Upon carrier handoff, a shipping confirmation is generated with an authentic carrier tracking number and direct tracking link. Tracking events update within 12 to 24 hours of initial scan by the logistical partner (Canada Post, UPS, or DHL Express).

3. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For shipments delivered outside Canada, local customs regulations, duties, or import taxes may apply upon entry into the destination country. Such charges are determined by national customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
